Regenboog India Foundation runs eight programs entirely through the dedication of local and visiting volunteers. When you volunteer with us, you are not filling envelopes or folding brochures — you are teaching children, serving patients, planting trees, and protecting forests.
We welcome individual volunteers, student groups, corporate volunteer days, and long-term field workers. Every skill — from teaching to photography to medicine to construction — has a place in our work.

Find your role
Support our 15 teachers in delivering daily lessons to children across our 8 village schools. Tamil or English literacy, numeracy, arts, or life skills.
Doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and health educators can join our mobile clinic circuits, providing free healthcare to rural villages.
Help manage our mobile library — cataloguing, organising, delivering books to villages, and running reading sessions for children.
Join our tree plantation drives, maintain wildlife water stations around Arunachala Hill, and support nature cleaning activities in the forest.
Photographers, videographers, writers, and social media volunteers help us tell our story and reach more supporters around the world.
Developers, designers, and data volunteers help us build digital tools for program management, donor outreach, and field operations.
