Without volunteers and donations from generous people from all over the world, we would not be able to run our projects! We are grateful for all of the support in all of the different ways that it comes to us. Volunteers are an essential part of our projects!
We welcome volunteer support both working directly with those we serve and working behind the scenes in running our projects. If you would like to work directly with those we serve, there are opportunities in all of our projects.
Medical : medical professionals are always needed in the mobile clinic and the health education program (for the later you must speak Tamil)
Education: Teach English or computer skills to children in our evening schools and our Children’s Home
General: If you would like to help us in the operations of our projects, we are in need of volunteers who have skills in website upkeep and content writing, and video taking and editing. ;
We estimate that it costs approximately 1 American dollar or European Euro to treat a villager in our mobile clinic. So, every donation truly makes a difference, small or large. Funds have come to us from benefits that people have organized, from other foundations and corporations, and from individuals.
